Aegea, an Itaúsa onslaught (ITSA4), was winning on Friday (11) of the three sanitation auctions in Pará, with a 12% goodwill on the main block of assets, which had a minimum grant of $ 1 billion.
The company won the blocks A, B and D of the auction. The main lot was the A, in which the company played alone and won with a bid of $ 1.17 billion.
In blocks B and D AEGEA also offered significant wretches on minimum prices. In the case of B, the minimum grant was R $ 18.8 million and the company’s offer was R $ 140.9 million. In lot D, the minimum was R $ 33.6 million and Aegea offered R $ 117.8 million.

With the auction, Aegea will raise its presence in Pará in 99 cities. The company is already present in the municipalities of Barcarena and Novo Progresso.
