United States President Donald Trump said that all necessary licenses will be delivered quickly to Nvidia and to all companies that are committed to being part of the American Golden Age in a publication on Truth Social on Tuesday (15).
“Nvidia is committed to $ 500 billion to build artificial intelligence supercomputers in the United States exclusively. This is very important and exciting news,” he wrote.
The speech happens the day after the Republican claim that the chip manufacturer announced investments in the country because of the rates. “After God, love and family, tariff is the most beautiful word of the dictionary,” he said at a press conference alongside El Salvador President Nayib Bukele on Monday (14).
In the New York pre-market, Nvidia’s action showed little reaction to the US President’s comment and, at 8:51 am (from Brasilia), the role had a marginal drop of 0.08%.
