Petrobras said on Monday that shareholders who jointly hold more than 5% of the company’s common shares requested multiple voting adoption in the election of members of the Board of Directors, which will take place at an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday.
The state -owned company did not report in its statement to the market which shareholders were responsible for the request.
