Construtora Plan & Plan (PLPL3) reported on Monday (14) net sales 44.1% higher in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, in a total of R $ 855 million, which includes corporate interest in projects.
By comparing the fourth quarter of 2024, Plan & Plan increased by 21% in its net sales. The result achieved by the company includes the commercialization of 3,900 units, with an average ticket of R $ 235,800, an increase of 2.2% over 4T24.
Release in 1T25 added a general sales value (VGV) of R $ 1.2 billion, which reflects a significant growth of 153.1% over the same period of 2024. In all, five new projects were presented, totaling 4,300 units.

The Plan & Plan land bank ended the first quarter with 100% total sales potential of R $ 30.9 billion, an increase of 12.1% over the 4T24 land bank, and a production capacity of 119,568 units.
