Construtora Tegra registered gross sales of R $ 227 million in the quarter, which represents a 32% reduction compared to the first quarter of 2024.
The Gross Offer (VSO) sales speed of the last 12 months was 30.5%, a drop of 4.3 percentage points in the annual comparison.
Already the general sales value (VGV) delivered reached R $ 384 million, an increase of 175% compared to 1T24.
At 1T25, Tegra did not make any release, focusing on their commercial efforts on the releases that took place in December 2024.
