Berserk is one of the most important and influential manga works of all time. The dark fantasy manga has captivated fans worldwide with its dark setting and the tragic events surrounding protagonist Guts.
Berserk also had a major influence on FromSoftware’s well-known video game series Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Kentaro Miura’s manga is therefore also an important medium for the video game industry. However, after his tragic death, Berserk’s future was uncertain for a while until his assistant Kouji Mori continued the story.

The publisher of Berserk had already announced this fall that the manga would again receive new chapters at regular intervals. Previously, Berserk was on a six-month break and only recently resumed with Chapter 377 on October 25, 2024.
The next chapter is scheduled to release on November 8, 2024 and no new break has been planned or announced yet.
