If I ask the question whether there can be a movement against Hindi in Maharashtra, people will be surprised at my general knowledge. Why not be, a few days ago, the state government has withdrawn its Hindi decision due to the threat of agitation by Thackeray brothers. But just think, if today Bal Gangadhar Tilak had been there, would he have believed in his eyes and eyes?
And what would Madhavrao Sapre, the editor of the newspaper “Hindi Kesari”, who had taken out? Apart from Sapreji, Baburao Vishnu Paradkar (who gave Hindi words like Shri, Mrs., President, Inflation), Laxman Narayan Garde, Rahul Barpute-like famous Marathi-speaking Hindi editors, has been prepared by the same review of journalists. Between the 11th and 17th centuries, the Marathi -speaking region had entered the court.
This Marathi-Hindi equation goes to Shahaji Bhonsle, his great son Chhatrapati Shivaji (in whose name Shiv Sena does politics), his son Shambhaji and then the Peshwas who occupy Delhi. They want to sell in the Hindi field. If someone wants to publish a Malayalam novel in Punjabi, he can reach the readers there by Punjabiization of its Hindi translation. Nair noticed that Hindi is becoming an agency of literary exchange among various Indian languages.
The presence of Hindi in all parts of the country is the result of a long -term historical process rather than a government order. Workers who do not know English in Odisha’s Rourkela Steel Plant talk in Hindi and not in Odia. The universalism of Mumbai has adopted Hindi as a language.
Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu speaking people living in Andaman have made Hindi their language for mutual contact. Due to Hindi films, the level of Hindi-Janakari of people has also increased. The song and music of films to be broadcast by Radio Ceylon and Vividh Bharati were credited with the spread of this language. Whatever opposition to Hindi continues due to politics, it has moved towards becoming an all-India contact language in the social sector. By ignoring this reality, we can only do our loss.
