The teaser of the film ‘120 Bahadur’ was released on 5 August.
The Yadav Samaj in Rajasthan has sent a legal notice to Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar and production company Excel Entertainment. The notice is sent to the film ‘120 Bahadur’, which is based on the Battle of Rejang La of the 1962 Indo-China war.

The notice claims that on November 18, 1962, 120 personnel of Charlie Company of 13 Kumaon Regiment had protected the country’s border by fighting thousands of Chinese soldiers.
Out of these, 114 soldiers were martyred, out of which more than 95 percent were from the Yadav community. The contribution of Yadav soldiers in the film was secondary. Will not accept tampering with history.
The Foundation has objected that instead of this collective sacrifice in the film, only Major Shaitan Singh Bhati is being focused on the bravery, while the fight is the story of collective valor of the entire community and all the soldiers.

1. Charlie Company brave soldiers fought till last breath
The notice states that 120 soldiers of Charlie Company took the front in front of the enemy till their last breath. Many soldiers were martyred in their trenches. His fingers were frozen on the trigger even after martyrdom.
Apart from three platoon commanders like Naib Subedar Hari Ram, Naib Subedar Surja Ram and Naib Subedar Ramchandra, many other soldiers were awarded the Veer Chakra and Army Medal.
The notice also states that these valor awards have accepted this war as not only personal valor, but as a collective sacrifice.
2. Yadav soldiers mentioned in book and records also
The Foundation claims that the book of former Naval Officer and writer Kulpreet Yadav also knows about this fight. It mentions that most of the soldiers who were martyred in Rejang La were from the Yadav community. The ‘Rejong La Memorial’ located in the Chushul sector of East Ladakh is also known as ‘Ahir Dham’, where all 114 martyrs are registered.
3. Principle of ‘Dada Kishan Ki Jai’
The notice stated that during the fight, the soldiers of Charlie Company were proclaiming ‘Dada Kishan Ki Jai’. This slogan was a symbol of the identity, courage and duty of the Yadav community. The society says that it was not only religious proclamation, but a strong proof of the valor of Ahir soldiers and their community identity.

The special thing is that it has been shot in Ladakh at a height of about 14,000 feet. The film is directed by Rajneesh Ghai, while Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment) and Amit Chandra (Trigger Happy Studios) have been produced.
