Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt has shared a post on social media about family and mental health.
On Monday, Trishala shared a long note on Instagram, “Every person who shares your blood, not necessarily to make a place in your life. Many times the most tired and ignored people also call ‘family’. You have the right to save your peace. You can have less contacts or not at all. You can give more importance to your mental health.”

Trishala further wrote, “The name of the family does not have a wrong behavior, manipulation or gilt-trip (not allowed). You are not obliged to give someone a chance again and again, even if he is brought up. If the parents pay more attention to the image of the family, instead of how it seems, then it is a problem.”
Although he did not name anyone in this note, but after this post, the question is arising whether he is angry with his father Sanjay Dutt?
It is worth noting that a few weeks ago, on July 29, Trishala shared the old picture with him on Sanjay Dutt’s 66th birthday. Its caption wrote, “Happy birthday dad is more in love with you every day.”

Trishala Dutt was born on 10 August 1988.
At the same time, after this, on August 10, Sanjay Dutt wrote on Instagram, congratulating the daughter on her birthday, “Happy birthday Trishala Dutt, always proud of you, will always love you.”

Please tell that Trishala’s mother Richa Sharma died in 1996 due to brain tumor. Trishala lives in America and works as a psychotherapist.
Sanjay Dutt had a third marriage to Manyata Dutt in 2008. They have two children, Shahran and Iqra. Both are visible from time to time in their parents’ posts.
