Arrest of threatening Mankirat Aulakh.
The Punjab Police has arrested the accused who threatened to kill Punjabi singer Mankirat Aulakh. The police have identified the accused as Harjinder Singh. He is a resident of Khuda Jasu, Thana Sangpur in Chandigarh.

The accused was caught from Delhi Airport, he was trying to escape abroad. SSP Mohali Harmdeep Singh Hans said that several more revelations are expected in the interrogation of the accused.
The accused was living in Italy for a long time
Initial police investigation has revealed that the accused was living in Italy for the last several years. As soon as he felt that the police would reach him, he planned to escape abroad. But he could not succeed in this and before that the police arrested him.
In this case, the police had registered a case under sections 318 (5) and 351 (2) of BNS at Matore police station on Mankirat’s complaint. Now the accused is under police custody. Police claim that there may be many important revelations in interrogation. Also, remand of the accused will also be taken.
Call and message came from foreign numbers
Mankirat Aulakh was threatened by messaging on calls and WhatsApp. He received a message from a foreign number, threatening to kill the singer and his family. A complaint has been lodged to the police on behalf of the singer. The message that came to Singer Mankirat Aulakh was in Punjabi. In this, he has been threatened with death. It was written in the message-
Prepare son, your time has come, whether it is your wife or your child, we do not mind. Son is to put your number. Do not understand that you have been joking in any threat. Son, son, see how it seems.

- Singer’s management official number came to the message: This message came on the official number of Mankirat Aulakh’s management. A close member of Mankirat said that the family was targeted. Earlier a voice call came, followed by a message. This is the first time such a written message came. There is no demand in this. A complaint has been given to the police on their behalf. At the same time, another message has also come, in which the whole family has been threatened. This makes the family panic.
- You have a little time: The close member told that when the phone call came, Mankirat was asked who will tell who you are speaking. On this, the caller said, “If you meet, the brothers will tell who is speaking. You will find it in two-four days, then you will know.” When the name was asked, I got the answer that “will tell together”. The question was asked whether the message is to be put, tell me. So the answer came from further- “You have a little time.” Then on behalf of Mankirat, it was asked from where are you speaking? So I got the answer, “We can speak from anywhere, you can also speak with your phone. Brother, prepare.”
