The matter was heard in the District Court of Goa on Thursday. During this, Sukhwinder’s lawyer Sukhwant Singh Dangi presented his side. Sukhwant Singh said in a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar that the court has allowed Sukhwinder to go abroad in view of the roll and other important aspects.
Sukhwinder wants to go to Bali in Indonesia from 9 to 13 September. After this, Changan will remain till 17 September. After 17 September he will go to Uluvatu. Where he will stop till 22 September. He will return to India on 23 September. After returning from this tour, he will have to handover the passport immediately to the CBI.
The court has asked him to return by 23 September, so that he can be present in the court during the hearing of the case on 24 September. The court is scheduled to appear before 2.30 pm on 24 September.
Sukhwinder has said in the court that he will reach court on 24 September. The next hearing in this case will now be held on 24 September.

Case of murder filed, Sudhir-Sukhwinder arrested The case of Sonali Phogat’s death became a high profile. Following the brother’s allegation, the Goa police registered a case of murder on 5 people including Sudhir-Sukhwinder. Sudhir-Sukhwinder was arrested on 25 August. The family demanded a CBI inquiry.

Flat also searched in Gurugram The CBI investigated Sudhir-Sonali’s flat in Gurugram. This was the same flat where Sonali Phogat stayed with Sudhir Sangwan for the last time. The flat is in Tower No. 4 of Greens Society of Gurugram. 901 number This flat was rented by Sudhir Sangwan and Sonali. To stay in this flat, Sudhir Sangwan described Sonali as his wife in the rental.
Chargesheet presented on 22 November The CBI presented a charge sheet in the court on 22 November 2022 in the Sonali case. This charge sheet also included a 100 -page forensic report. In the medical report, 4 types of chemicals were found in the blood sample of both Sudhir and Sonali. These chemicals were- methamfetamine, mfetamine mythox corbonyl, ethyl alcohol, cannabidiol. However, Sukhwinder’s lawyer claims that no chemical was found in Sukhwinder’s blood sample.
Brain-fired swelling in medical report The medical report filed in the CBI charge sheet, the doctor wrote- “Seribral and pulmonary, edema from brain and lungs swollen. Due to which Sonali may die. Due to these medical symptoms, the man stops breathing. He dies due to swelling in the lungs and brain. ”
Tick-track platforms in July 2018 About 2 years after the husband’s death, Sonali Phogat became active on social media. According to media reports, tick-talk platforms led to their fame and followers. At the last moment, he had around 2.4 lakh followers on tick-talk. Due to this fame, in the 2019 assembly elections, the BJP fielded him in front of Bhajan’s son Kuldeep Bishnoi in Adampur, former CM Bhajanlal’s stronghold.
Daughter Vasundhara is running Facebook account Sonali had about 8.85 lakh followers on Instagram, about 2.4 lakhs on Tik-Talk and about 1 lakh followers on Facebook. The figure is in August 2022, when he died. The figure on Facebook has reached 2.55 lakhs.
Sonali’s Facebook account is now running daughter Vasundhara. On this account, the daughter shares photos and memories related to mother many times. On September 21 last year, the mother wished her birthday. Apart from this, a photo story related to the mother’s Adampur assembly elections was shared.
Sonali lost the first election, sister gets heritage Sonali Phogat contested the assembly election on a BJP ticket from Adampur in 2019. Where she lost to Kuldeep Bishnoi of Congress.
