Comedian Johnny Lever recently arrived with his daughter Jamie Lever on Comedian Sapan Verma’s YouTube show. In the conversation, he told that he used to shoot films during the day and gave stage performance at night. Amidst all this, he used to drink a lot of alcohol.
Johnny said that I used to sit on Chowpatty till 4 am. Many times the police used to come, but when I recognized, she would say- Hey Johnny brother and I used to sit in my car so that I would be safe.
Johnny Lever has acted in more than 350 films, including films such as acid, kiss, dangerous and Kishan Kanhaiya.
Johnny said that his body was tired due to continuous work and alcohol. Still he used to give performance. He said that I tell people- drink in the limit. I crossed the limits. I became an alcoholic. Doing all this is of no use.
Johnny completely left alcohol for 24 years
Johnny Lever also told that the intoxication of success had also climbed his head. Johnny said,
There was a time when no film was made without me. I was constantly doing international shows, roaming around the country and abroad. Lost himself in that.
Johnny told that he had given up alcohol 24 years ago and has not drunk even once.
Johnny’s three films have been released this year. Which includes ‘Bads Ravi Kumar’, ‘B Happy’ and ‘Housefull 5’. Apart from this, Welcome to the forest is also coming, but its date has not been decided yet.
