Know the whole matter

Elvish said- I am innocent, falsely implicated The Noida police had registered an FIR accusing some people including Elvish Yadav of using snake poison in the party. It was alleged that he illegally used snakes and poison in a party.
In this case, a charge sheet was filed after investigation by the Forest Department and the police. Elvish filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that he had been accused of wrong and without evidence. They are innocent and have been falsely implicated.
Hearing on Elvish’s appeal against High Court order A bench of Justice MM Sundaresh and Justice Joymalya Bagchi issued a notice to Uttar Pradesh government and complainant Gaurav Gupta on the plea of Elvish Yadav. The Supreme Court was hearing Elvish Yadav’s appeal against the order of the Allahabad High Court, in which his petition was dismissed. In Charjhat, other people, including foreigners, have been accused of consuming snake venom for entertainment at the rave parties.

Police filed a 1200 -page charge sheet against Elvish in April 2024. It claimed Elvish to have a relationship with snake charmers. Elvish filed a petition in the High Court on 29 April 2025 against the charge sheet. It said that no snake or drug has been recovered from me. I have nothing to do with other accused. Therefore the charge sheet should be canceled.

Elvish’s lawyer argued in the Allahabad High Court that in addition to not establishing any reason between the applicant and the co-accused, no snake, intoxicating or psychological substances were recovered from him. However, the informer is no longer the animal welfare officer, yet he lodged an FIR, calling himself an animal welfare officer.
Describing Elvish Yadav as a well-known influential person and a person seen in several reality shows on television, the lawyer said that his involvement in the FIR has attracted a lot of media attention.
Government Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal said- Investigation revealed that Elvish had supplied snakes to those from whom they were recovered. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, Saurabh Srivastava dismissed the petition.

Police arrested Elvish on 17 March 2024. However, he was granted bail on 22 March.
Elvish was arrested by Noida Police in March-2024 In October 2023, Elvish was complained to the Noida police on behalf of BJP leader Maneka Gandhi’s organization People for Animals. It was written in the FIR that Elvish shoots a video in the form house of Delhi NCR with live snakes.
These snakes and their poison are used illegally in rave parties. The involvement of foreign girls in rave parties also came to light. It was alleged that Snake Venam and other drugs were consumed in these parties. An audio clip of accused Rahul Yadav, arrested in the case, was also revealed, in which he had told the PFA Member that he had delivered drugs to Elvish’s party.
The police received 20ml poison from Rahul. The snakes were sent by the Forest Department for medical examination and FSL investigation. It was revealed that 5 cobra toxin glands were taken out. Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on 17 March 2024. He was in jail for five days. Later, Gurugram was granted bail from the court.
