Malayalam actress Rini N George has accused a young politician of improperly treating her. Rini spoke to the press in Kochi on 20 August and alleged that a prominent youth leader of a well-known political party in Kerala has been treating him inappropriately for the last three years. He claimed that he complained senior leaders of the party, but he ignored them.
According to Hindustan Times report, Rini told the media in Kochi on Wednesday that she came in contact with the politician through social media. The improper behavior of that leader began three years ago when I first received objectionable messages to him. She says- ‘When I threatened to expose her, she said, you go and tell anyone. who’s Care?’
The actress also alleged that the politician tortured many other women as well. But in a conversation with the media, she makes it clear that she has not faced any assault but only objectionable messages have been sent to them. Rini says that she once said that let’s book a room in a five star hotel, you should come. But later he started messaging me again.
Rini also claims that he had complained against the senior members of the party against the leader, but instead of taking action, he was given the main post. However, the actress has not yet filed a police complaint against her. Telling the region behind this, she says- ‘If I lodge a complaint, I will put myself in danger. This will be the result. He said that I urge the women of the country to choose public representatives thoughtfully. She also said that she did not want to embarrass the concerned political party.
The actress also said that now she is speaking only because she has come to know from her friends that many more women have also faced harassment. She is raising voice for those women.
Talking about Rini’s workfront, she has been the face of many ed films. This year his film was released in the Malayalam film ‘916 Kunjutton’. His work was also praised in this.
