Ganpati Bappa Viraje is also the house of famous singer Palak Muchhal. Like every year, this time too, he welcomed Ganapati with full enthusiasm. On this occasion, he had a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar.
Palak said that the Ganpati festival is not just a festival, but the most important time related to feelings and faith.
Palak said that all the happiness, success and achievements of his life have been possible only by the grace of Bappa. This is the reason why Ganeshotsav is the most favorite and most happy time of the year for him.
He said, “When Bappa comes, it seems as if there is excitement and positivity in the whole world. I get very emotional these days and always thank Bappa. Every year my Thank-U list gets longer.”

The biggest means of devotion to God is public service for the eyelid
Palak also told that public service is the biggest means of devotion to God for him. Through her voice, she is able to help people and this is the greatest gift of God for her.
He said, “I have not asked for anything from God till date, just have always expressed gratitude. The greatest happiness for me is when the children who help in undergoing surgery are successful. This is Bappa’s blessing for me.”
Ganpati was established till Anant Chaturdashi in Indore: Palak
Sharing the memories of childhood, Palak said that Ganpati was established at his house in Indore till Anant Chaturdashi. When she came to Mumbai, she carried the same tradition forward.
He told that Ganpati Bappa sits at home for five days and the whole family is drowned in service-devotion. The day of immersion is always emotional for them.
He said, “It is not known how to leave for five days. I always cry at the time of immersion.”

The eyelid provides financial assistance to treat heart diseases of poor children.
When Palak was asked what she would like if she wants to ask Bappa, she replied- “I would like God to give everyone the power to convert the spirit of service into karma. God is most happy when we serve others.”
On the question of the nature of God in his life, he said that his parents and gurus are like God for him first, but now his husband is also as God for him.
Ganeshotsav should be mentioned and not the matter of modak, how can this happen. On this, Palak said- “I only eat modak as Prasad. I always take care of the rest of fitness.”
