He has leased 4 apartments in this building, whose fare is Rs 24.50 lakh. Aamir Khan has 12 flats in the classes of Housing Society located in the posh area of Bandra, Mumbai, although this society is going to be re-decay soon. This is the reason why they are shifting to Wilnomona Building in Pali Hill.
Based on the property registration documents received from Jepki.com, the report of Indian Express states that Aamir Khan has leased these apartments for 4-5 years. The actor has made an agreement for 45 months from May 2025 to May 2030. For this, he has given Rs 1 crore 46 lakh security deposit and stamp duty of Rs 4 lakh has been filled. According to the documents, the fare of these apartments will be increased by 5 % every year.

Talking about the workfront, Aamir Khan is going to be seen doing a cameo in Rajinikanth starrer film Kuli soon. The film will be released on August 15. Apart from this, Aamir Khan is producing the film Lahore 1947, in which Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta will be in lead roles. Rajkumar Santoshi will direct the film.
Recently, Aamir Khan has released the film on the stars ground on YouTube. For this, he has rejected an offer of 100 crores of OTT platforms.
