The Bengaluru Transport Department has imposed heavy fines on two luxury cars. Both these Rolls-Royce were the first actors Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan. Now they have been fined Rs 38 lakh in total.
A fine of Rs 18.53 lakh was imposed on Amitabh’s old Rolls-Royce Phantom and Rs 19.73 lakh on Aamir Khan’s Rolls Royce Ghost. However, according to Mint’s report, now the owners of these cars are not Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan.

Yusuf Sharif was a junk businessman earlier, later he stepped into real estate.
According to the report of Hindustan Times, now both these vehicles are with Bangalore businessman Yusuf Sharif. Which people know as ‘KGF Babu’. He bought one car from Amitabh Bachchan and the other from Aamir Khan, but he did not transfer the vehicles to his name. Therefore, these vehicles are still in the name of old owners in documents.

When Yusuf Sharif contested the Legislative Council in 2021, his assets were stated to be more than ₹ 1,744 crore.
When did the Transport Department come to know? Amitabh’s car Rolls Royce Phantom is running in Bengaluru from 2021. At the same time, Aamir’s car Rolls Royce Ghost was brought to the city in 2023. Both still had a number plate of Maharashtra. This suspected the department.
According to the law, it is illegal to run another state car in Karnataka without paying tax for more than a year. Both vehicles had crossed this period, but the road tax was not filled.
Phantom was new in 2021, so at that time it was exempted from the state tax, but now the discount was not received and a fine was imposed.
