Canadian Crime Control Minister Ruby Sahota told the news agency Alajjira- the government is seriously considering it and if the group fulfills the criteria, it will not be late to declare it a terrorist organization.
Firing twice on Kapil Sharma’s restaurant

His daughter Gurleen said that on 10 December 2023, she received a call on her birthday, with a ransom of $ 5 lakh Canadian (about Rs 3.61 crore). He refused the payment and informed the police. He continued to work from home for some time, but was murdered after returning to office.
A few hours after the murder, two criminals named Rohit Godara and Goldie Brar took responsibility for the incident, describing themselves as members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in a Facebook post. The police arrested three youths, but the family says that the real conspirators are still roaming free.

Two murders committed in June
After Harjeet’s assassination, two more traders of Indian origin were targeted in June 2025. On 12 June, Satvinder Sharma of Surrey (British Columbia) of Canada was shot dead. On June 7, his properties were fired and tried to intimidate by sending videos. Kumar alleges that the police’s response is very slow and his life is still in danger.
