The life around us has become very insecure. The world would not have thought that the journey of airplanes would have been constantly scary or the journey by helicopter will prove to be the last journey and if someone survives, then the bridge will collapse which will cross the life. If there is still a breath if there is a breath, then there will be a road accident or the air conditioner will be exploded in the summer.

Moreover, when safe people in the armor of vaccination, they will play or taste, then the data will be mourned around them, which will tell that at any age, at any age, anyone’s heartbeat can stop. In such a situation, how to face this uncertainty? Life does not stop. So if someone’s first air travel lands between death and flight of life, then think about what happened to that passenger. And what about those who will be nervous every time a bridge will be nervous!

Even after the air crash, the process of emergency landing continues. Is air crash, accidents, bridges falling a new normal? Is the name of life walking by ignoring the value of safety that will continue to be the process of death in the guise?

After all, what to do if all institutions do in such a situation? I think the time has come for institutions to make the price of safety the top most price in all the values. Because there is excessive pressure to earn profits in the era of balance sheet and profit, target, revenue. How much flight of an airplane is made and how much money comes from it; It is more important to see if the security standards are being followed properly or not?

Is it possible that a company should not compromise all the security standards and cancel flights one after the other? Or could not enter a factory from the management of shoes, belts, glasses, helmets to the last man? After all, why does the fragrance of reform occur only after the demolition? Why is security not being able to become our social behavior?

In an article supporting health, safety and welfare at the workplace, the author believes that security culture company is an important issue in practice. As Hale and Hovden have also said that we live in the “third era of security nowadays”, in which only technical (first era) or organizational measures (second era) are not focused on (second era). Meditation should be mainly to be a part of culture and human behavior.

Recently, in the rain of Delhi, how many students took water in the basement of the library, how many hospitals were exploded, how many bridges fell, railway accidents also occurred. In such a situation, life for a person is being filled with insecurity day by day. In an era where the economic value of every person-vast remains the real value; It is not easy to make the value of security social. But we have to do this.

Therefore, it is necessary that the safety of a person is made paramount at every level and no compromise should be made. Some of the car -making companies in India are paramount in the safety standard. Now auto companies are also making such vehicles that if the driver does not put a seat belt, it will not start. Some business groups have also made safety the first price with speed and the safety of a person in their plants or colonies is determined by that safety price.

Japanese companies also consider security as supreme. So can it not happen in aviation or rail? The airplane should be given proper time between the two flights, so that there is no ignoring the security. If the standards of the government become strict, accidents can be avoided by human or technical mistake.
