Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) has strongly objected by issuing a letter of two pages after the name of firing on the cafe of comedian Kapil Sharma in Surrey city of Canada. The organization has made it clear that it is forcibly recovered from any incident of threats or violence

This clarification came after the incident in which media reports claimed that Khalistani terrorist Harjit Singh Ladi had taken responsibility for this attack. Harjeet Singh, who is included in the Most Wanted List of NIA, is said to be connected to BKI.
Significantly, 15 days ago, 9 rounds of firing were done at night at Kapil Sharma’s newly opened caps cafe. The cafe was inaugurated by Kapil Sharma on 7 July. BKI has said that its name is wrong to drag in such cases and the organization strongly opposed it.

Babbar Khalsa said in a two -page statement released in Punjabi language that if any person or gang is using the name of their organization threatening or demanding money, they are violating the principles of Sikhism and Khalistani movement. The organization said that such people want to harm the image of Babbar Khalsa under the conspiracy.
The statement also said that the organization keeps a complete distance against the people involved in illegal activities by taking the name of Babbar Khalsa and appeals to all sections of the society to report such cases to administration and pro -Khalistan organizations so that the real culprits can be identified.
Firing angry with Kapil Sharma’s statement
It is being told that Harjit Singh Ladi carried out the firing incident on Kapil Sharma’s cafe for comment against Nihang Sikhs during a comedy show.
On social media, Harjit Singh Ladi and another person named Hurricane Singh warned Kapil Sharma to publicly apologize through the video and said that if not apologized, the matter could be worse.
Both also claimed that they tried to contact Kapil Sharma’s manager several times, which was ignored. Eventually, he had to fire outside the cafe to catch the attention of the comedian.
However, what Kapil Sharma commented on Nihang Sikhs is not clear. However, some sources estimate that it may be associated with any older episode of Netflix or a live show. Earlier this year, Nihang leader Baba Balbir Singh also objected to Kapil Sharma’s content.

NIA search for Harjeet Ladi in VHP leader’s murder case
The NIA Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vikas Prabhakar alias Vikas is looking for Harjit Singh Ladi in the murder of Bagga. The VHP leader was shot dead at his shop in Rupnagar district of Punjab in April 2024.
Harjeet Singh Ladi has been associated with forcible recovery, murder and gang -related activities in Canada and India. He works under the guise of BKI and is accused of several target killings and attempts to murder. In recent months, such gang-attached attacks have been observed in Sirre and Brampton cities of Canada.

The organization also states that since the attack on the Sikhs in the 1978 incidents, Babbar is active to protect the community till date. The organization has never forgotten the atrocities with Sikhs in India and the 1984 Sikh massacre.

Babbar Khalsa International is serious about the fact that Gurmat, Sikh and martyrs are being sidelined in the society.
