Paresh Rawal is going to be seen in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s biography ‘Ajya The Untold Story of Yogi’. After all the challenges, the final film is going to release on September 19. The film, which was surrounded by controversies due to the subject, was earlier refused by the Central Film Certification Board, but recently the Bombay High Court approved it without any cut.
Talking to Hindustan Times, actor Paresh Rawal has given his response. The actor says- ‘I feel that it is difficult to make any film in the recent times. Social media dominates anyone. Sometimes right, sometimes wrong. But if your intention and policy is noble, if your intentions are not wrong and the film is made honestly, then you should not think about people. I will never understand what every human wants. I can only make what I like. In this way you can limit your choice. If there is a character like Yogi ji, the matter becomes critical. CBFC is careful. ‘
Paresh further says- ‘That man is still alive and is working. He is in the middle of his career. The story of the film is even to reach Yogi ji’s politics. This is his untold story, which is in public, you cannot speak untold.
Sharing his perspective on social media trolling, Paresh said- ‘I am not afraid, man, I know to answer the trolls well. Nowadays they post anything on social media. Whose housemates used to listen to them, if the world discusses their talk, then they like it.
