Salman Khan has been associated with Bigg Boss since 2010. He started hosting the show from season 4.

Earlier, Salman got Rs 250 crore for Bigg Boss 18 and Rs 200 crore for Bigg Boss 17.

Both of these seasons broadcast on TV. At the same time, his fee for Bigg Boss OTT 2 was Rs 96 crore. This time due to primary streaming on OTT, the budget of the show has been kept smaller than before.

Salman’s show ‘Bigg Boss’ is based on the format of the Dutch show ‘Big Brother’. It started on 3 November 2006 in India.
