On July 18, unknown people carried out the theft incident at the farmhouse at Pavana Dam, actress Sangeeta Bijlani. The thieves broke CCTV cameras, vandalized inside the house and escaped with many valuables.
According to the report of Hindustan Times, Lonavala Rural Police says it seems to be a well-planned conspiracy. At that time the actress was not present in the farmhouse.
Sangeeta Bijlani has given a written complaint to Pune Rural Police Station in this case. According to SP Sandeep Gill, Bijlani lives in Mumbai and could not go to the farmhouse due to her father’s illness for the last four months.
According to the complaint, at around 11:30 am on July 18, she reached the farmhouse with two domestic assistants. There he saw that the main door was forcibly broken. Going inside, it was found that the entire house was vandalized and stolen.
Sangeeta Bijlani and Salman Khan started dating each other in 1986.
According to the police, the windows grill found broken, a TV was stolen and one was badly damaged. Smoke on the upper floor has caused a lot of damage. All beds and household items were broken. The fridge was also found broken and many valuables were missing.
All the CCTV cameras installed in the campus were broken before admission, which showed that it was an attack with planning.
In the complaint, Bijlani has demanded immediate police intervention, opportunity inspection, panchnama, forensic investigation, and investigation into evidence. He has talked about registering an FIR in the streams of burglary, theft and illegal entry in the house.
In her complaint, Sangeeta Bijlani said – “This is a serious matter of infiltration, sabotage and security in private property. Strict action is necessary against the accused.”
Lonavala Rural Police Station Incharge Dinesh Taade said that the police team has been sent on the spot. FIR will be registered after Panchnama.
Mohammad Mujib Khan, a close associate of Sangeeta, who is also the chief complainant of the case, said – “Pune Rural SP Sandeep Gill and his team have assured us to provide all possible help.”
