Humor is welcome and it is part of life. We laugh at ourselves. But when we start laughing at others and hurt sensitivity, when humor is born on a community level, it becomes a problem. And the same thing should be understood by today’s sleep-even influencers. They are making the speech commercial. The entire community should not be used to hurt the feelings of a particular class. This is not only freedom of expression, it is a professional expression.
During the hearing, Justice Suryakant told the influencers and comedians that next time he will tell how much a fine should be imposed on him. He also said-

Today the matter is of the disabled, next time it can be of women, senior citizens, children, anyone. Where will it end?
Against the influencers, senior advocate Aparajita Singh, who is fighting the case on behalf of the Divyang Foundation, says that the court has given a strict message in this hearing.
How was the dispute started?
In the episode of the India’s Got Latent Show released on 8 February, Ranveer Alahabadia commented obscenely on parents, after which a complaint was filed against all the people associated with the show. The case was going on that the NGO accused Raina of making fun of a blind newborn suffering from spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) at the stand-up comedy show.
In the petition, the Foundation had told the court that ten months ago, Raina had said in the standup at that Comedy Club- ‘Look, the charity is a good thing, it should be done. I was watching a charity, which has a two -month -old baby, which has become some crazy. For the treatment of which he needs an injection of Rs 16 crore.
Time questioned a woman sitting in the show- Mam, tell me … If you were that mother and you would have got 16 crores in your bank. Once, looking at her husband, she speaks that inflation is increasing, because there is no guarantee that the child will survive even after that injection. Can also die. Think died after injection. Worse than that, after an injection of 16 crores, the child survived, then grew up and said that I want to become a poach.
Cases of comments made on India’s Got latent and disabled were club.
