Actress Vani Kapoor is currently in the news for the reasons for her film ‘Mandla Murdors’. In an interview during the promotion of the film, Vani has spoken on her struggles related to the industry. In an interview to News18 Shosha, she recalls Vani, saying that she was expelled from a film because she was not white. However, this thing was not said directly to them. Some of his close people came to know that the maker of that film felt that he was not perfect for the role. She says- ‘Once a filmmaker said that he is not so fair that he can get a role. I would like a Milky White actress. I also said if this parameter is not to be a part of this project too. You find a Milky White Actress for yourself, I will find a better filmmaker for myself. ‘

Vani Kapoor started his career opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in the film ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’.
Vani also mentioned body shaming in this interview and said that she is often said to be very thin and they should gain weight. She says- ‘I sometimes hear that I am very thin and thin and I should gain a little weight because people like women with full body. But I like it. I do not want to change anything about myself.
