Actress Radhika Apte recently shared the experience related to her pregnancy in Neha Dhupia’s ‘Freedom to Feed’ Live session. He told that “when he informed about his pregnancy, an Indian producer was not good.
Radhika said, “I was working with an Indian producer, who was not happy to hear this news.”
Radhika further said, “She told me that I should wear tight clothes. While my body was bloated at that time and I was feeling very uncomfortable.”
Radhika Apte started her career with the theater.
The actress reported that she was in her first trimester. During that time he used to have a lot of desire to eat. She was eating things like rice or pasta and there were many changes in the body.
Radhika said, “He adopted a very incentive attitude instead of understanding my situation. When I had pain and trouble on the set, the doctor was not allowed to show.”
Radhika Apte married Benedict Taylor in 2012 and her daughter was born in December 2024.
Radhika then mentioned one of her international projects. He told that the director there supported him a lot.
Radhika said, “When I said that I am eating more and can look completely different till the end of the shoot, she laughs and said- Never mind, if you become another person, it is fine, because you are pregnant.”
Radhika also said, “I understand that professional responsibilities are there, but some sympathy is also necessary. I did not want any special facility, only humanity and understanding were expected.”
