Actress Sanya Malhotra recently appeared in the film ‘Mrs.’. The film showed the story of a domestic woman, who fights for her rights. After the release of ‘Mrs.’, people were divided into two groups. Where women were liking this film, it was criticized by many male organizations. Men’s Rights Organization Save Indian Foundation, accusing the film of showing a one -way feminine nectar, described it as toxic.
Recently Sanya has expressed her opinion on this issue. During a session of CNN-News 18 Xi Shakti 2025, Sanya said that people continued to criticize the film as it shows the reality of the situation of women in some homes where they are not allowed to work.

Sanya’s film ‘Mrs.’ was a remake of the Malayalam film ‘The Great Indian Kitchen’.
Sanya said, ‘The problem is not that it does not want to cook. She was cooking. She is also giving punishment in the plate, despite the zero application of the family. The problem comes when she wanted to do something. He showed the family that I am able to do housework and I want to go out and do something that I like. And he is not being allowed to do it, that freedom is not being given. She further says- ‘Those who had to reach the story have reached there.’
Let us know that after the film’s release in February, Mains Right Organization (SIFF) strongly criticized the film and accused them of toxicity. SIFF posted a series of tweets on X. It was written in it- ‘How do men work on construction site, railway stations, airports, factories, courts, police stations, restaurants and 8-9 hours on the country’s border. It is a happy young women to cook for your father -in -law, wash utensils and press clothes. ‘

In another tweet, she wrote- ‘Women naturally believe that workplace means comfortable air condition place. She does not consider work on construction site or railway stations etc. as a possible workplace.

The SIFF had even said in its tweet that men should never share 50% of domestic work, as 70-80% of the house is material, clothes, furniture and gadget women want and their enjoyment.
