The Delhi Sessions Court has given great relief to Kumar Mangat Pathak, manager of Ajay Devgan and producer of the film ‘Drishyam 2’. He has got anticipatory bail on the basis of merit in false FIR filed by a person named Rajinder Goyal. Now Mangat’s legal team will file a defamation case of Rs 100 crore against Rajinder Goyal.
After a detailed investigation of facts and evidence, the Hon’ble Court did not die in the allegations. Describing such FIRs as malicious, Kumar Mangat was declared convicted. The court clearly stated that neither the readers nor his company Panorama Studios International Limited (PSIL) has ever made any transaction or agreement with Rajinder Goyal. Goyal has never invested any money in Pathak or PSIL. The claims against him are false, concocted and motivated. Which seems to be a desperate attempt to create a misleading and derogatory story.

The truth is that whatever transaction Rajinder Goyal is referring to was completely with the third party. Kumar Mangat is not with Pathak or PSIL. Any attempt to connect them with such cases is completely baseless and malicious. Kumar Mangat Pathak has spent decades of decades in creating a impeccable reputation in the Indian film industry through hard work, dedication and creative excellence.
After this, Kumar Mangat has directed to start a defamation case of Rs 100 crore against Rajinder Goyal through his legal team. On the court’s decision, Kumar Mangat’s lawyer said- ‘This is the clear victory of Mr. Pathak and a step towards full justice. The defamation suit will ensure that think twice before trying to hurt the reputation of a respected person who makes false allegations. We urge the media to work responsibly and to avoid spreading such uncomfortable claims that can cause unfair losses. Legal action will be taken against any person or institution who spreads such misinformation.
What is the whole matter?
A Delhi businessman named Rajinder Goyal had registered a case of cheating on Kumar Mangat. The FIR claimed that a deal was misled to invest Rs 4.3 crore. Rajinder had alleged that 75 lakh rupees were transferred for dubbing ‘Drishyam 2’. It promised to give the film the right to release in special Chinese language in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
