When they arrive home, they see municipality workers digging at the spot where they heard the heartbeat. The workers are investigating strange noises reported by locals, which they think are caused by a burst pipe. Shiv’s family questions the workers while Shakti and Shiv watch closely. Mohini, who seems to be hiding something, watches from a distance.
Meanwhile, Koyal invites Dharam to her ad shoot, suggesting it could help his business. Dharam is hesitant, but Koyal reassures him, saying she has forgiven him. Rimjhim, witnessing their interaction, becomes angry. Koyal offers tea to Rimjhim, who throws it away in frustration. Koyal taunts Rimjhim, saying her family now belongs to her. Rimjhim asks if they can’t coexist, but Koyal dismisses her, implying that Rimjhim’s disobedience to her parents makes it difficult. During their argument, Rimjhim accidentally spills hot tea on Koyal’s hand, causing Koyal to step on broken glass and injure herself.
Shiv’s family demands an explanation from the municipality workers for digging in front of their house. The workers explain that they are investigating the noises caused by the underground pipe burst. Shakti remains skeptical, feeling there is more to the story. Mohini, noticing Shakti’s suspicion, plans to take advantage of the situation.
Inside, Rimjhim feels guilty and warns Koyal to be careful. Koyal accuses Rimjhim of fake concern. Manorama and her husband arrive, and Manorama tends to Koyal’s injuries, suspecting Rimjhim of intentionally harming her. Rimjhim insists it was an accident, but Manorama demands she apologize to Koyal, which Rimjhim refuses.

An officer named Vinod arrives and introduces himself as being from the water department. He confirms that the noises are due to a burst pipe underground. Despite this explanation, Shakti remains suspicious, especially noting Mohini’s continued anxious glances at the spot.
