Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has also established Ganpati Bappa in his house this time. Bollywood actor Sonu Sood had a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar on the occasion of Ganeshotsav.

He told that he still remembers the experience of bringing Ganesha to the house 28 years ago for the first time. Sonu said, “I went to the bike from Andheri station to pick up Bappa on a bike. At that time I prayed that Bappa never left in the journey in which I am standing. Today when I am standing with you guys, I seem to have confessed to Bappa.”

Sonu said that Bappa is a Vighnaharta, who always shows the way and removes troubles. When he was asked what would he do if he wanted a superpower from Bappa, Sonu said, “I want Bappa to give strength to everyone so that the difficulties of the country and the world can end.”

On eating modak, Sonu said, “Does not think of eating modak in the middle of fitness because God is blessed.”

Sonu Sood married Sonali in 1996.

Wife Sonali handles preparations for all Ganeshotsav

Regarding the preparations for Ganeshotsav at home, he told that his wife Sonali handles all the responsibility from the installation of Bappa to making prasad and selection of dress. Sonu said, “She does everything so well that I have no tension.”

Talking about Sonu Sood’s career, he got recognition especially for negative roles. In 2004, films like ‘Yuva’ and in 2005 ‘Aashiq Bana Aapne’ increased. He then worked in ‘Jodha-Akbar’ (2008) and ‘Dabangg’ (2010). Villain Chedi Singh’s role in ‘Dabangg’ gave him a strong place in Bollywood.

Sonu Sood has acted in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil films.

He received the Nandi Award and the Filmfare Award for the Telugu film ‘Arundhati’ (2009). His performance was also highly appreciated in ‘July’ (2012). Apart from this, ‘Shootout at Wadala’ (2013), ‘R… Rajkumar’ (2013), ‘Happy New Year’ (2014), ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ (2017) and ‘Simba’ (2018) are included in his films.
