In a conversation with PTI, director Om Raut said, Dhanush is a great actor. I am happy that he agreed to play this role. I personally consider him a lot and am excited to work with him in this film. I think no one else can play this film and this character better than them.

Raut said that he likes to make a biopic, but it is not an easy task. It is always a little difficult to make a film on any person’s life. It is very important to decide what to show in the film and what not to show. Many times it happens that the things you show are good. But those who are left are even more special. Therefore, it is important that the story be told in a good and inspiring manner.

He said, Dr. Kalam has always been an inspiration for me. Even when I was growing up. His books have made a profound impact on my life. If I can present his story in such a way that he motivates more and more people, especially the youth, then my purpose will be fulfilled.
