He immediately agreed as soon as he heard the story

Naveen Kasturia told- I got a call from Casting Director Romil first. When he told that the story of the series is of Indian spy based on the 1970s. Its story will go on in two timelines and if it comes to Jio Hotstar, I immediately got ready.

This type of feeling took place for the first time when there was a chance to work in the first season of TVF pitchers. Regarding this series, when Writer Biswati Sarkar said that the show is above the startup. The character is of a boy who leaves the job and starts his own startup company. I always enjoy doing new things.

In the same way, when I heard 3-4 lines about ‘Salakar’, I told Romil that I am sold. I was ready to work in the series. When he said to meet the director. I expected this, the director also like me.

Naveen Kasturia further said- When I heard about my character in ‘Salakar’, I remembered the character of Akshaye Khanna in the film ‘Border’. In this film, Akshaye Khanna played Dharamvir. A young boy who leaves his life for the country.

Although Dharamvir was alive in real, the character was killed in the film’s story. I find such characters who sacrifice and sacrificed for the country very attractive.

Didn’t know earlier there would be action

Naveen’s action scene was also well liked with acting. He says- When I was told about the story, I did not know that I would do action in it. It seemed to me that if you are casting me, then where will the action be done in it? However, the way Farooq Kabir was telling about my character.

Asked about Salakar season 2, Naveen said- I will be very happy if Season 2 of Salakar comes. Right now I have such a period that I also do season 2. While there was a time, there was no second season of any of my shows.

When the show was screening, my parents also came, it was the happiest moment for me. Earlier, whenever I used to sit alone in the house whenever I came to a show. It seemed that there is something lacking somewhere.
