Actor Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi are brother in the film. It was told by the petitioner that the film has a dance by putting a band around the neck, wearing a gown, which is humiliating the uniform of advocacy. Jolly LLB-3 is releasing on 19 September.

Akshay Kumar Arshad Warsi has a song filmed in the film, which is said to be worried that there is a counsel. The song also shows the court room, where girls are dancing. The petitioner’s lawyer Pramod Singh Tomar says that the song in the film is objectionable.

Advocate Pramod Singh Tomar said that the word like Mamu is being used for the judge of the judiciary, in the context of which the petitioner should separate the song from the film, Principal Secretary Home Department, Secretary, Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, New Delhi and Chairman Central Board of Film Certification, registering a disruption on the song of the film. The image of the judiciary should be clean in the public mind, and this song does not tarnish the image of the lawyer and the judge.

Advocate Pranjal Tiwari, a resident of Jabalpur, has filed a petition.

Earlier, advocate Neeraj Kumar, who advocated in Patna High Court, has also filed a petition against Jolly LLB-3. He alleges that the film depicts the judiciary and the advocacy profession in a derogatory manner, hurting the dignity of the lawyers. The petition has demanded to make guidelines from the Bar Council to stop the film’s songs and trailers and prevent derogatory illustrations in the future. The petition demanded that the disputed song and trailer be immediately banned.
