This time the prestigious National Kishore Kumar Samman will be given to the famous lyricist and censor board chief Prasoon Joshi for song writing in the year 2024 and the film director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for direction in the year 2025. At the same time, the National Lata Mangeshkar honor will be given to the year 2024 popular music composer couple Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and the year 2025 will be honored by the Emperor Sonu Nigam of Suron.

  • National Lata Mangeshkar Award: 28 September 2025, Indore
  • National Kishore Kumar Award: 13 October 2025, Khandwa
  • National Mahatma Gandhi Award: 2 October 2025, Bhopal
  • The other five honors will be distributed in Bhopal on Hindi Day on 14 September 2025.

  • National Father Kamil Bulke Award: Dr. Indira Ghazieva (Russia)
  • National Gunakar Mule Award: Dr. Radheshyam Napit (Shahdol)
  • National Hindi Service Award: Dr. KC Ajay Kumar (Thiruvananthapuram)

Objectives and characteristics of honors The purpose of these honors is to empower Indian languages, especially Hindi and Indian culture. The awards given in the name of legendary artists like Kishore Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar are considered to be a symbol of creativity and artistic excellence. Father Kamil Bulke and Nirmal Verma are honored to foreign origin or diaspora, who have played an important role in promotion of Hindi abroad. At the same time, the Information Technology honor encourages those who promote technical journey of Hindi in the digital age.
