June 2, 2024 – PlayStation has kicked off its annual Days of Play celebration, running from May 29 to June 12, 2024. This year’s event features three exciting community challenges, encouraging gamers to come together and achieve collective goals to unlock exclusive rewards. One of the standout challenges is to accumulate 2.5 million game hours in “Astro’s Playroom,” with the reward being a new PlayStation Stars collectible.

Community Challenges
The community challenges are designed to foster teamwork among PlayStation users. Esports Tournament
An exclusive esports tournament, the Days of Play Cup for “EA Sports FC 24,” is also part of the festivities. PlayStation Plus members can participate in this event, which runs qualifiers from June 1 to June 9. Participants will receive a digital collectible and an in-game kit for joining. Winners of the qualifiers will get a one-month PlayStation Plus Premium voucher and an invitation to the playoffs. The top 16 finalists in the playoffs can win FC Points or a share of the $1500 cash prize.
