Amitabh Bachchan looks quite fit and active even at the age of 82. Currently, Big B is seen as a host in the famous show KBC. Meanwhile, he has spoken about the challenges of increasing age in his recent blog. Big B told how the work that used to be done easily earlier, now they are facing difficulty in doing.
After meeting with his fans on Sunday, Big B wrote that now his daily schedule is determined by medicines and exercises. He said, ‘The body slowly starts losing its balance. It needs to work on it to prevent and improve it. ‘ Emphasizing the importance of yoga, breathing exercise and mobility training, he said that he practices mobility exercises and yoga daily in the gym, so that there is no problem on his health.

He further explained how now one has to try for easy tasks. He writes- ‘Earlier I used to think that old habits can be easily started, but now it is understood that even a day’s break affects a long time. Just one day gap and pain and mobility go out on a very long walk. It is surprising that earlier they were normal action but now they have to think about the brain before doing it… wearing pants… Doctors recommend that please Mr. Bachchan, sit down and wear them. Do not try to stand while wearing them, you may lose balance and fall. ‘
In his blog, he further explained that there is a lot of difficulty in bowing. As if you have to lift the paper that fell down. He writes- ‘You may laugh after reading it and you do not have to face it, but it will be done with everyone.’
Talking about the work, Bachchan will be seen in Ribhu Dasgupta’s film ‘Section 84’ next time, including Diana Penty, Nimrat Kaur and Abhishek Banerjee. Apart from this, he will also reiterate his role of Ashwatthama in the sequel to Nag Ashwin’s Sai-Fi Action Epic ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, including Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone. Work on this sequel will start in December this year.
