His father Balakaur Singh became emotional during the hearing of famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Mouswala murder case in Mansa court on Friday. He appealed to the court that all the accused in the case were personally in court instead of video conferencing at the next hearing

In fact, during the hearing, the accused were presented through video links. Balakaur Singh said that his eye is weak and he cannot see the accused on screen clearly, so he wants to see his son’s killers with his own eyes. His appeal became a emotional moment for the court and the attendees.
The court took seriously the request and directed the jail administration that all the accused should be produced personally in the court on 26 September.

Mosewala was killed on 29 May 2022 Significantly, famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Mouswala was shot dead in Mansa district on 29 May 2022.
The responsibility of this murder was taken by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar gang. More than 30 accused are involved in the case and the trial is going on in Mansa Court.
Sidhu Mouswala’s father Balakaur Singh has been circling the courts continuously for the last three years. He has always said that he will be relieved only by punishing his son’s killers.
The recent order of the court now gives them a new ray of hope that the process of justice will be further transparent and they will be able to face the accused directly.
