Actress Soha Ali Khan recently told about her mother and actress Sharmila Tagore that her mother has always lived life on her own terms.
Soha also told that Sharmila Tagore had accepted Islam religion before marrying Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.
In a conversation with Hotterfly, Soha said that there was no difficulty in the wedding of her parents, Sharmila and Tiger Pataudi.
Soha said, “When she (Sharmila Tagore) married my father, she changed her religion. Her name is Ayesha. It can be a little confusing because sometimes she signed ‘Ayesha’, sometimes ‘Sharmila’.
