Superstar Rajinikanth’s film Coolie was released on 14 August in theaters. As soon as the film of director Lokesh Kanagaraj was released, there was a festival -like atmosphere in Tamil Nadu and many parts of the country.
Fans gathered outside the cinema hall since morning. He had drums, banners, spills and milk utensils in his hands.
In the video that went viral on social media, people were seen dancing on the beat of the drum, cheering and putting flowers garland on Rajinikanth’s big poster. Milk was also anointed in many places, in which the fans put milk on the superstar’s big poster.
Fans who came to see the film ‘Coolie’ in Tamil Nadu were seen dancing.
Enthusiasm continued inside the theater. In Rajinikanth’s entry scene, many people stopped in the film and started clapping. People danced in the corridors, waving flags and showing posters. In the video, people were also seen dancing on the Soclator.
Rajinikanth’s fans also showed enthusiasm in Singapore.
The film Kuli has been produced by the Sun Pictures of Kalanidhi Maran. Apart from Rajinikanth, it includes Nagarjuna, Upendra, Saubin Shaheer, Satyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Reeba Monica John, Junior MGR and Monisha Blesi. Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has done a cameo in the film.
The initial box office reports suggest that the Coolie is meeting the expectations of its business. According to Caiknilk, the film will earn Rs 100 crore in the first weekend. More than 12 lakh tickets were sold on the first day.
