The web series on modern farming ‘soil a new identity’ has been released on Amazon MX Player. Recently, star cast Ishwak Singh, Shruti Sharma and writer Nikhil Sachan spoke to Dainik Bhaskar regarding this series. Ishwak Singh said that the concept of modern farming has now started globally.

People have been connecting with their roots for some time. Shruti Sharma admits that her agricultural officer’s character in the series is now quite different from the characters played. Nikhil Sachan said that the lives of many farmers also changed due to modern farming.

Question-Nikhil, where did I inspire to write a story on this subject?

answer- Started writing during the second wave of Kovid. At that time he was reading a lot of stories. In which there were reports that many people are leaving jobs from America and coming to farming. In India too, he left the job of soft engineering and started farming.

It was surprising to see how people are leaving the job of package worth 1.5 crore. When I did research on it, it was found that during Kovid, he realized that life was not relaxed in life. So they were returning to their roots.

Some people not only changed their lives with modern farming but also changed the lives of many farmers. Silent Revolution has started for 3-4 years.

Question- How do you see this silent Revolution?

answer- We are returning to our roots. Even though we are living in big cities, our roots are connected to the village itself. I find this very short in my life, because I am not associated with the village. Well, the most important thing is whether agriculture can be seen from the point of view of the industry. However, this revolution has now started globally. This is a very important step.

Question- Shruti, what are you doing in this series, what is the special thing in your character?

answer- The character of this series is very different among all the characters I have played so far. In this, I am playing the role of Agriculture Officer Kritika Sinha. When this opportunity came to me, it was very excited about this character. Kritika fulfills her duty as her responsibility.

Question- How much are the soil connected to the soil in real life?

answer-I am a resident of Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh. I have seen the living of small towns. So I am associated with soil. The show was also shot in Lucknow. I got an opportunity to spend a month in my house.

Question- Have you ever gone to the farm?

answer- We have a farm in the village. Father used to take me and my brother to show the farm. I like to see the farm barn. Even during the shooting, the farm was very eager to see the barn.

Question- Have you ever got a chance to go to the farm barn?

answer- Went to Punjab once in childhood. Memories of that time are still in my mind. There is a lot of peace in the farm barn away from the city. While we were shooting, all the memories of childhood were refreshed. Even though we have grown up in the city for 3-4 generations, our roots are from the village itself.

I have spent a lot of time with my grandmother. He has heard a lot of stories of the farm barn from them. I may not have seen my village house, but I know how it is.

Question- Nikhil, change is a very good thing, but it is very difficult for people to change. What kind of problems did you get in this?

answer- There are very few people in Mumbai who can understand that a show can also be made on this subject. Our producer and channel showed confidence in it. Now this change has started appearing in the village. People are gradually adopting modern farming.
