We talked to special stars associated with ‘Jugnuma’ on this occasion. The depth of the film shared with us …

Question – Rama Reddy, director of the film Jugnuma, how did the film be named ‘Jugnuma’ and what is the importance of this word in the story?
Answer/Rama Reddy- The world of the film is a fictional world, which has mystery and suspense. To show this fiction world, we chose a new symbol “Jugnu” i.e. Lit Firefly. Jugnu gives a glimpse of light even in the dark, and that is the essence of the story of this film. It symbolizes the shine of nostalgia, mystery and imagination that takes the audience into a unique world.
Question- Deepak Dobriyal, you are always known for layered and complex rolls. What is your role in the movie ‘Jugnuma’, and what is the special thing of this script?
Answer/Deepak Dobriyal– I have been a fan of Rama Reddy since the time of the film ‘Tithi’. Even before reading the script of ‘Jugnuma’, I was involved in the world of the film, because I saw his previous work. Then when I got an offer that there is a role of a manager, I immediately said ha. Kovid also came during the shooting, but we used to live there by making a place like hut. The language of Rama Reddy’s film is very different and unique. Staying with them, it seemed as if the mountains had become new to me. This experience makes this film even more special.
Question: Priyanka Bose ji, how was your experience in ‘Jugnuma’? Why did you choose the script and what is your character?
Answer/Priyanka Bose- Rama Reddy saw my work before I was sent to the script. The script looked like a very beautiful, ferry tail. Earlier the film was named ‘in the mountains’, but later changed to ‘Jugnuma’. And I liked this name very much. There was also a pressure on the release that Chalo, the film is finally being released. I am playing the role of “Nandini” in this film. Which is a housewife, but has a very strong association with family relations. Whenever there is a mystery or crisis on the family, Nandini becomes an emotional center of that unit.
Question- What is your role in Tilottama Shom ‘Jugnuma’ and what special experience did you get from this film?
Answer/Tilottama Shom- There is another story within the story of the film, which my character narrates to her child. Just as every house has richness, some lullabies sing, tell stories, in this film I am telling the story within a story. The interesting thing is that I did not have much attachment to the children, but Rama Reddy gave me scenes with many children in the film. One thing is regretted that I did not get a chance to work with Manoj sir. I wish there was a scene with him on the screen.
Question: The film is being praised, the cinematic quality is also being highly appreciated. What would you say on this?
answer,Deepak Dobriyal- Looks great. I have read all the comments of the trailer. And these compliments are like defeat for us. Even the trolling that is done, it now looks like a diamond, because it is also a way to pay attention. After a long time there has been a film which has turned around in the entire festival circuit and has now reached the common audience with a strong narrator. People called me crying after watching the film and said, “Brother, this is a solid film.” What can be a bigger thing for an artist?
Rama Reddy- I myself have read more than 10,000 comments. People are saying that the film “Dil Se Hai Hai”. And this is the biggest completion. The Cerenametic Experience is full in the film. We also paid great attention to its scaling. Especially at the end of the film, the boy who fly with wings was a cinematic experiment. We took the risk, but seeing the love of the people, it seems that the risk was successful.

Question: The film has veteran actors like Manoj Bajpayee, called “Institute of Acting”. How was the experience working with them?
Answer/Rama Reddy– I am a young director. My first film ‘Tithi’ had most non-actors, so I was a little nervous when I got a chance to work in another film with an actor like Manoj Bajpayee. I am a big fan of his ‘Sardar Khan’ role in Gangs of Wasseypur. When he first met him, it was surprising how comfortable and ally he is. When Manoj ji caught his character, things became easy on their own. Working with him was a jugalbandi experience. And that experience was very enriched. We coined the character together, shaped the film.
Priyanka Bose- We spent a lot of time together during the shooting. My family, their family, all lived together. Manoj ji came as an outsider in the industry, and I too. This was a shared experience that connected to our conversation and depth. We also trekking together, and Deepak ji took all the pictures of those moments. It was very special to spend time with him.
Deepak Dobriyal- I first worked with Manoj ji in the film ‘1971’. The journey from there has been fun. In this film, we became more tremendous tuning. During the shooting, he used to get bored in the hotel and used to come to our huts. Joking jokingly, “Get out the lamp!” And then he would make mutton himself and bring it for us. He is very fond of eating. At the time of Kovid, we all started farming together. All those moments with morning tea sips were really memorable.

Question- If you get a chance to live in a world like ‘Jugnuma’, then what character would you like to play- Jugnu, of a mysterious character or storyteller?
Answer/Tilottama Shom– I would like to play the role of Jugnu. I also have to feel his flight once. Juganu fly, shines, but if needed, I can hide myself slowly. Like a firefighter, sometimes bringing your existence into light, sometimes hiding in darkness is the magic of the fire world, and I would like to be a part of it.
