Television’s popular actor Gaurav Khanna is part of Bigg Boss 19 these days. Recently, an episode of the show was telecasted, in which Gaurav Khanna was heard saying that he does not have been cooking Indian food. As soon as the episode arrives, everyone started calling celebrity master chef scripted, whose winner Gaurav Khanna has been. Now, Gaurav’s team has issued a statement and clarified as the controversy escalated.

Make it clear that the cooking of MasterShef and Bigg Boss is not the same. Gaurav Khanna prepared a dish decorated closely, with guidance in MasterShef. But in Bigg Boss, people have to cook daily, without any supervision. Before celebrity MasterShef, Gaurav Khanna never cooked food. He was about learning, molding and performing under heavy pressure. Winning that title was a matter of determination and not the skills already existing. Today, on the basis of only one statement, it is absolutely inappropriate to troll and judge them to eat Indian food.
How did the controversy start?
Actually, the first captaincy task took place in Bigg Boss 19, Gaurav Khanna was currently supporting Ashnoor. This and Kunika Sadanand became confused by this. When Kunika Sadanand became the captain after winning the task and he gave Gaurav cooking duty, the actor refused, saying that he would not take cooking duty because he does not cook cooking Indians.
The dispute also happened because Gaurav Khanna, who was claiming not to come to cooking, won many contestants including Tejashwi Prakash and Nikki Tamboli in April this year. In the finale, the actor made 2 course signature dishes. He received a trophy and Rs 20 lakh as a reward.
