After Kovid, I used to buy perfume online for a few years. Because it was convenient. There was delivery at home. The online-offline process was also the same and they used to handle the essence of glass bottles. But for the past one year I stopped shopping online. Because I had a bad experience a few times.

I did not get the items called, the bottles were broken and the bottle of other frayers was sent. It took a lot of time to change it, due to which my blood pressure increased. This forced me to buy Cash on delivery (COD) mode. But Quick Commerce started taking more money on platform COD mode.

He also started adding several additional charges up to Rs 50. That is why I started buying all non -essential things from shops located at airports during my visits. While waiting at the boarding gate, I never felt that my time was being wasted. Apart from this, testers were also available at those shops, which helped me to choose the right fragrance.

I am not alone, but the fees added to an entire class of consumers have started piercing the bill added to the bill. The platform bill dominating large parts of the market has started adding several fees, such as handling charge, delivery charge, small cart fee, rain fee and sometimes surge fee.

This really increases the bill greatly. As a result, local shopkeepers around our houses now changed their strategy. They are now more quick than Quick Commerce. They invested in delivery boys and they want the customers of the neighborhood to buy goods from them only.

They make a map in their brain as to how far they can deliver the goods. And they do this so that their sales continue. Obviously, these shopkeepers are ready to spend the delivery boys and they reach more and more areas to compensate for this expenditure. This increases their sales. With this remedy, their shops have also started being busy, which was limited to the service of customers coming there only earlier.

A major change in the habit of buyers has also come that they now shop together by mixing some orders, so that additional fees can be avoided on every order. These days the delivery boy comes with big bags, who used to bring small bags till just six months ago. Earlier customers did not see how many times they are ordering through Quick Commerce. But now it is no longer a habit.

In an emergency, tomato, curry leaf -like vegetables and other consumption items are now being taken from nearby shopkeepers, which are ready to deliver them more faster than the 10 -minute delivery platform. It is also convenient for those platforms that want to discourage small prices of low value that were initially to make us lazy. Since we consumers got caught in laziness disease quickly, these platforms started levying many types of fees to fill their vault.

And finally this cycle was completed. Customers still remain lazy and do not want to go out of the house to buy goods. The shopkeepers added the services of the delivery boy to bring back the consumers who went towards the delivery platform. Some customers are getting ready to go out and buy goods. And the platforms are happy to serve rich customers who want to sit at home and order goods at their door.

Funda is that Before these modern means of shopping fly more than our pockets, we have to return to the mutual trust and personal relationship that we ever kept with the shopkeepers.
