Bhansali’s production manager is also accused CI Govind Singh Charan of Bichwal police station said- CEO and line producer Prateek Raj Mathur, Radha Films and Hospitality, has made serious allegations against Sanjay Leela Bhansali, his company Bhansali Productions, Production Manager Utkarsh Bali and Arvind Gill in the FIR.
