Speaking to Pinkvilla, Shamita Shetty said that Bigg Boss came to my life at the time of Covid. At that time many people were sitting at home and they did not have work. So I thought that this opportunity should be taken full advantage. The circumstances were such that I thought it would probably be better to go to the house to show the world that I am really, because at that time I was always being judged and I was very tired of it and Bigg Boss gave me a lot. In the outside world, I think it took a large part of the world inside me. Because yes, this show brings out both the best and worst inside you. “
Shamita became a little aggressive after coming from ‘Bigg Boss’ house
Shamita told that after coming out of the house she needed. He said, “But when I came out of Bigg Boss, I think I needed therapy for a year. I could not understand what is happening around me and how to react properly. The house environment was very unstable. In the outside world you do not give such feedback, but there you get habitual. Was it, I was not able to understand so much in the house that I was always sitting in my safety after coming out.

Apart from ‘Bigg Boss’, Shamita has participated in reality television shows like ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’, ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi’.
