Sushant Singh played the role of Pakya in the film ‘Satya’.
Sushant said, “I was sitting on the floor. Near the plants
When the shooting started and Ram Gopal Varma said ‘action’, Sushant started acting, but he did not say ‘cut’. Sushant had learned that he should remain in the character until the ‘cut’ is not there. So he kept doing it.
He told, “The cut was spoken after a long time. Then Ramu was happy and later scolded me. But he got the idea that what can happen even after the cut.”
Sushant’s pajama burst during the first tech performance
During the first tech, Sushant performed so loudly that his pajama was torn. He said, “After this the second take it to be. Assistant Taufiq Bhai abused and said,” Who said to fall? Now where to get the second pajama? “
Sushant told that later Ram Gopal Varma also mentioned this incident in his book. He wrote, “Because I did not say the cut and the actor kept doing the scene, I got a chance to see what could happen between the cut and action. This became the basic style of Satya.”
