Suhana Khan is the second child of Shahrukh Khan and was born on 22 May 2000.
Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is in trouble due to the land deal. The case is of the village of Alibag, where the government gave land to farmers for farming. Suhana bought this land. It is alleged that he did not take necessary permission to buy land nor completed the paperwork.
This land was purchased for about Rs 12.91 crore. Suhana signed a deal with the Khote family living in the cuff parade in Mumbai and also gave stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh. The transfer took place on 30 May 2023 via Standard Chartered Bank.
Mumbai Police Resident Deputy Commissioner has sought a report from Alibag Tehsildar to investigate the deal.
Suhana will soon be seen in the film King with her father Shah Rukh. This will be his second film. Earlier, he was debuted with The Archies. This film filled with star kids did not like the audience.
Collector permission is required to buy farmers’ land
According to Maharashtra Agricultural Land Act, 1961, a person who is a farmer himself (or whose family already has agricultural land) can buy the same farming land. Non-peasants cannot buy such land directly.
If the government has given the land to a farmer family only for farming, then that land cannot be sold directly. For this, it is necessary to get the approval of the Collector. Both buyer and seller from Tehsildar Collector NOC Have to take.
